EP Premium feed

Our Hamachi is feed by EP Premium. EP Premium is developed based on tea catechin from green tea and Fucoidan from Kombu kelp. This prevents oxidation and change of color of Chiai (blood-saturated portion) of fish. Further, the Hamachi does not have a smell for farmed fish.

Catching, Processing and ‘Ikijime’ method

The floating fish cages are transfered near the main processing factory. Through ‘Ikijime’ (a method of quickly killing the fish such that quality is retained) and nerval removal a high level of freshness and tastiness is guaranteed.
