Our sole is farmed in the crystal clear waters of Iceland. Included in our portfolio to offer a sustainable yet tasty alternative for wild soles with minimal environmental impact. Being a true member of the Solea genus our farmed sole (Solea Senegalensis) is comparable in appearance and taste with wild caught Solea solea. Available year round, in sizes on demand, Open Seas farmed sole can make a valuable addition to any sustainable orientated seafood menu, and is an excellent alternative to wild soles during times of scarcity.
